On Friday the Maryland House of Delegates passed a bill repealing Maryland’s death penalty! On Thursday, a bill to repeal the death penalty and replace it with life without parole was introduced into the Kansas House of Representatives. Megan Jennifer Cramer was a poet, writer, attorney, social activist, and staff person at JJ's Restaurant in Kansas City.
