MAKE A DIFFERENCE: Join the Journey to End the Death Penalty.

November 2, 2019

You are invited to KCADP’s annual meeting and conference on Saturday, November 2nd in Manhattan, KS at the Kansas State University Student Union.

Keynote is Gov. John Carlin.  As Governor of Kansas from 1979 to 1987 he vetoed death penalty reinstatement legislation four times while in office. He will speak on Kansas’ death penalty journey and why citizen involvement is key in the effort to abolish it.

Workshops will focus on cost, legislative advocacy, and effective communication on abolition. This is an opportunity you don’t want to miss if you want to make a difference and help end the Kansas death penalty!
